While we provide up-to-date and comprehensive dealer education, completion of our training does not guarantee that you will receive a dealer license from the DMV. Approval is solely at the discretion of the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and any other regulatory agencies involved.

All payments are final. Due to the nature of digital access and scheduling, no refunds will be issued once a course is purchased or a training date is reserved. Rescheduling may be offered depending on availability and with advance notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or denial by the DMV or other agencies. You agree to hold SoCal Dealer Training harmless for any damages or losses incurred by relying on our training, including but not limited to, business losses, license denial, or application rejection.
